If your product is broken, the please follow through with a return process. It's much easier for both of us, trust me. In order to return your product, it must be in pristine condition, like you. If it is a ceramic or glass product, please wrap it in bubble wrap. The reason for this is that in the tragic event that the product gets damaged, you will be responsible and won't get the refund. Once this criteria is met, please proceed with the following steps.

- We will send you a shipping label, and you will automatically get your refund once your part of the deal is fulfilled.
